Local Service Page Stuck on Loading ​

This is usually caused by incorrect MIME types in the Windows Registry, so the browser refuses to load JavaScript or CSS files.

Verify these values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\\.js Content Type is text/javascript
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\\.css Content Type is text/css

Open Registry Editor with Win + R and regedit. Back up the registry before changing it, then reopen the page.
