Determine Whether the Issue Is GM Desktop or the Network ​

Run the system SSH client as a control test:

ssh -p [port] [username]@[server-IP]

• If the SSH command also fails, the problem is likely the server IP, credentials, firewall, or network connectivity. Resolve that first.
• If SSH works but GM Desktop does not, check whether Windows Firewall is blocking the GM Desktop process or contact technical support.
